In responding to the needs of beneficiaries, the team strives for a holistic approach to rehabilitation, and strongly embraces the idea that each beneficiary is unique and has a voice to be heard, the need to be listened to with dignity and respect, and the need to feel cared for by others.

Restart Center provides client-centered, specialized rehabilitation services to respond to survivors’ mental health, health, psychosocial, and other related needs. Restart Center also established partnerships with First Step Together Association and the North Autism Center to refer cases in need of tailored special education and assessment interventions.
